Beroe Inc, a procurement intelligence firm provides opportunity for industry professional to register in its Orion Experts Network, a Value added service. The member of the Orion Experts Network are subject to the following terms and conditions.
1) All personal information provided to register in the Experts Network should be Complete and Accurate.
2) For consultants, Researchers, Professors
i) As a member of Orion Experts Network, you will be contacted directly by a representative from Beroe, Inc. to be a part of a consulting project (written analysis , phone consultations, In-person meetings, luncheons, etc). You are free to accept or decline any consulting projects at your sole discretion.. You are never under any obligation to accept a consulting project.
ii) Payment for Consulting Projects: Your hourly rate or daily rate has to be given during the time of registeration. Before the start of the project, the project fees would be decided.
Payments are made via wire transfer. Invoice has to be sent to Beroe along with the following details:
a) your name,
b) Bank's details,
C) Bank's Address,
d) Account number,
e) SWIFT Code,
f) Bank routing instruction.
You can expect to receive payment by mail within 20 days of receipt by Beroe, Inc of a properly completed invoice.
3) For All Members:
you will be contacted directly by a representative from Beroe, Inc. to participate in surveys, webconferences, Forums, Roundtables, to write articles to Beroe’s Magazine and you are free to accept or decline the same.
Miscellaneous: Terms and conditions may modify from time to time and the modification(s) would be posted on our website and are effective from then on. If you continue to participate as a member of Orion Experts Network after any modification that becomes effective, then your participation in the network would constitute the acceptance of such modification.
You represent that you have never been convicted of a felony or the subject of an investigation by a securities regulator or other regulatory authority (State, federal or foreign) or a defendant in any proceeding --- where fraud or violation of laws or regulations including the taking of a false oath, the making of a false report, perjury or bribery or conspiracy to commit any such offense is alleged.
Entire Agreement : This constitutes the entire Agreement between Beroe,Inc and Orion Experts Network Members.
